Is doing okay. Bloods is still bad, but is getting better. Husband came, saw, broke and had to leave. Gaius is holding fluid so is very swollen.

I imagine it was quite a shock for him to see - but I do hope he is able to gather himself and be there for you to provide the support you need and to be able to communicate with the medical staff.

I and my little Jaeger at children's hospital. Thank you god he not need tube for breathe! Central line let medicine get right to lung and start drying water out! Is in isolette? Special bed for make air easy for him breathe, and have the temperature of body regulate. He responding well and even give mommy small smile! I only touches thru hole, no pic allowed, for rights of other sick baby in icu. The angels give Gaius fighting spirit. I praying all sick babies here.

Oh that is such good news already BMomma, God has blessed him with a fighting spirit. How old is Gaius? May God bless you and husband with peaceful sleep, rest well Momma. Will check in tomorrow to see his progress, night.

I was warn medicine for water in lung may make him swell and hold water otherplace.otherplace better than in lung drowning him. But my poor husband, no sleep 18 hrs, sudden see swollen,suffering baby, he shocked! He pray with me and then leave. Our pastor talk with me, and will talk with my husband after he gets a little sleep. Gaius is getting medicine for pain,so does sleep some. I hold hand, not ever let go. Dr say flu start all trouble in lung. Now is pneumonia. Gaius got extreme sick so fast! Feels like I have been hit with the lightning. Never seen my husband cry. Today cry like his world end. This man my husband, loves his baby, treasures him. This man my soul. His love give me strength.

Gaius is 2 years old.

Honey, praying for your little warrior, and both his parents. Praying for healing for Gaius, peace for you and your husband. Praying for guidance and knowledge for the doctors and staff.

The specialist hospitals are the best place to be, and it sounds like they're being very aggressive in his treatment. This is good! Antibiotics and other medicines into a central line are the best thing for him right now. It won't hurt his heart at all, I've had several. It does let the medicine work faster and be more effective, and does not hurt his veins like an IV in his arm might.

Children can hide being sick until they're so bad, like this. But, they also can get better very fast with treatment.

Be sure to take care of yourself!!! Drink liquids and eat something even if you don't want to. You'll be no good to him if you faint. He's going to need his strong Momma.

Thank you miss donrae, I forget answer questions! I try eat, but feel bad, like I am going to choke cux I have to be away from him. I stand and hold his hand, or get on knees and hold hand up so I can touch his hand while I pray.

Thank you everyone. Bible say ask God with a united spirit, everyone pray with heart, and he will listen. I am going to try to lean head on bed and take a small nap before I fall to floor. I probably not able, but will try.
