Cuckoo Marans roo breeding BCM traits- is that possible?

I have a Cuckoo Marans rooster who produced some chicks with some of my hens (various breeds) resulting in many chicks- YAY me! The thing is I have one black chick in particular that has what appears to be coppering on her neck feathers. I do have a BCM but her eggs did not hatch and were infertile. Is it possible for a Cuckoo Marans rooster to pass on BCM traits to a chick?
I admire those who have the desire to breed for show quality and to attain perfection of the standard, but to be honest- I have many chicken breeds, as well as now cross breeds and I just love them as pets.
