No. She/he has been fine til now. We are going to cull her it looks miserable.

That is a prolapse, but it looks more like the colon (large intestine) has prolapsed, not just the cloaca. I would say that the chick probably won't survive unfortunately. Prolapses in chicks are usually more serious than in older chickens.

I was thinking the same thing. Sometimes I've seen what appears to be poop stuck to the vent on chicks, when in fact it is a small piece of intestine and they usually dry up and drop off on their own. Someone thinking it's poop and removing it... they are actually pulling out the intestines.

Culling the chick would be best.
