I was listing to the news on the radio, and the newscaster started talking about how raising chickens in backyards is becoming more and more popular. She also said that more and more states and cities are changing they're zoning laws. My mom was in the car too, and she was so shocked. All I could do was laugh and say "I told you so!" So, did anyone else get the same news 'announcement'?

I didn't hear that announcement but everything I've been reading is saying the same thing just about. More people are gardening also trying to combat this bad economy with substainable living.
