Sorry i have not been on here for sometime, i have had some bad health to sort out, but back up and running.
Thought this may be of some use to help you guys that love to store food.

Glad to have you back and feeling better!

I have a vacuum sealer in my kitchen that I use all the time. I also like to can alot of stuff, so I have the canning jars and lids floating around all the time also. And I have one of those store bought jar sealer thingies that doesn't work and it has been so frustrating not to be able to temp seal the jars dry with the machine. I am definately going to build myself a "h4ppy-Chris" lid sealer for everyday use!
