Does this poult seem to be pale?

I am pretty new to turkeys after twenty years. My 13 week old BBB babies sometimes get pale like the hen in this image. Is this normal? You read how it’s so bad for them to be pale and that it could indicate real bad things. Just need some reassurance. There are no other symptoms that indicate they’re sick. Just a paleness now and then. But their color comes back.

I'm new to Turkey's as well but my two seem to change colors often. I think its normal. Kind of like mood change and temp change. My Tom with go white to bright red.

100% normal. There would be other symptoms if it was anything serious. They're probably hot.
