I think you will be happy with the results that you get from that method. That is exactly where I run my humidity during days 1-17. Then during lock down I bump it to 75%. BUT with all of that said, you still need to monitor your air cells. Depending on where you live, your elevation, your ambient humidity, you may need to tweak it a bit. Check your air cells on days 7 and 14. If they are off you will still have time to make adjustments. You just don't want to leave it all the way to lock down and realize that either your cells are too big or too small. Your temp however is a bit low. Depending on what type of incubator you are using you are going to need to raise it. If you are using a forced air incubator you need to raise it to 37.5 C (99.5F) or if you are using still air you need to raise it to 38-39C (102F) at the TOP of your eggs. With the temp that you are running at I think you will get eggs to start to develop but I do not believe they will hatch. If they did hatch they would most definitely hatch late and very likely with some problems. Good luck! Happy hatching!
Quick question, what temp should I be running a circulated air incubator? It's my first time and I'm also doing a dry hatch. Thanks in advance!!

Depends on what you are using for humidity. If you have it high then the eggs won't loose enough moisture and you'll end up with chicks drowning most likely. If it's low, you'll have good moisture loss but at hatch time you are looking at possible complications during the hatch, possibly chicks getting stuck in the eggs due to dry membranes. Exciting!!! You are not sleeping tonight! lol I use pine shavings. Sand and puppy pads are also used. You can use straw/hay, but they need to be changed out more especially hay because it can get molds. Newspaper is NOT recommended as it's easier for them to slip on and get spraddle leg or slipped tendons. Good luck! Hope they all hatch for you!

Heheh I feel like a kid at Christmas lol! I have a few of those bed wetting mat things like dog mats! I will have to use one of those for now... how long could it take now the egg has cracked ? must be my luck this week!

It could take another 24 hours. Mine seem to average between 12-18 hours for the most part. If I have a chick that hasn't made progress in 18-24, I usually pull it out and check on it.
