Easter Egger not laying

We got our chickens at the beginning of April when they were chicks and we raised them since, well two of our chickens started laying eggs probably 2 months ago and we still haven't gotten any eggs from our easter egger. when we walk by her she lays down like the other ones so we can pet her but we haven't gotten any eggs. any information as to why we haven't will help greatly. I'm gonna attach photos of her and our other chickens. the other two in the pictures lay everyday without a problem. she's the black and white one in the front.

She is beautiful! Some hens just take longer, but if she is squatting it shouldn't be much longer

The thing is, the days are getting shorter. If they haven’t laid by the end of this month, they will probably wait till spring.

it's a possibility but i make sure to walk thru the whole yard every morning and during the day and haven't found one

It took a while for my hens to start laying. About 21 weeks.
