ZIPLOC OMELET
This works great!
*2 eggs (large or extra-large)
*Filler: cheeses, onion, green pepper, tomato, hash browns, salsa, etc. [what ever you want]
*large pot of boiling water.
2 eggs Cracked into a ziplock bag (not more than 2)
shake to combine them.
Add filler of choice to bag and shake. Make sure to get the air out of the bag and zip it up. Place the bags into rolling, boiling water for exactly 13 minutes.
Open the bags and the omelet will roll out easily.
[If pot of water is large enough more than one bag can be added]
