@azygous has experience with the stuff....I think.

I have used it on my hens once with success when they had lice, spraying it on a diluted solution (9cc/gallon). Azygous has posted about this subject, she also used it on her flock.

This is from the fact sheet from Elanco makers of Electra psp. It mentions nothing about lice. Personally I use permethrin which is way less expensive and if mixed correctly works great.

I mix it originally for the 0.5% ratio which is also available in the premixed sprays.

Permethrin is dangerous for cats so I would keep them away until it has dried. I think @Folly's place has some experience with both Electro PSP and Permethrin.
