Emergency- please tell my mom not to take this fish

I have recently gotten a new betta and my mom got jealous and got herself one, the only issue is difference in care. My betta has a heated 3 gallon tank with a filter, just take a look at hers. PLEASE help me convince her not to take this fish, I have a better place to put him until I get a bigger tank soon.

Well I somehow convinced her with money to let me keep him here. I upgraded him from a 1/4th gallon to a full gallon, though that's still not enough, I know, but it's all I have for now
