Feeding my 15 week olds??

So I just leave my feed out in the hanging feeder all the time. They're on grower right now. Then everyday I'll go over and give them a couple handfuls of scratch and maybe some fruit or mealworms. Is this ok?? They eat whenever they want. And when it's time to switch to layer feed what do I feed my Roos?? Can they eat layer feed?

I feed layer feed as well as free choice oyster shell. The roosters don't seem to mind. Actually this time of year they aren't eating much feed at all since they are outside all the time. I go through chick food like crazy though!
