Female age

I have several red golden pheasants from this springs hatch. They knocked down the divider and got in with my older pheasants. Is there a way to tell the older females from this springs females? Pic for attention.

Well I see 4 males and 1 female.the female is sitting on the feed dish,the other 3 that are not colored out are males.

I know that picture is mostly males. My question was can you tell a 2 year old female from a 3 month old female?

The 3 month olds should have some pin feathers still but that's not the best way to tell the age of a bird. 2 year olds should be bigger than the 3 month olds...again, not totally reliable.
