First Egg on Tuesay, none since...hmmm

So on Tuesday, one of my girls layed her first egg!!! Another laid her first egg to but it had no shell. It's Friday and we've had no eggs since... is this normal? I know the shell less thing is but not sure about the no eggs.. would guess it's ok but I just hate to guess so I must ask.

Yes, it's normal for laying to be irregular at first. Each chicken is an individual and matures at different rates. Their bodies have to adjust to the laying process.

*But I'd be looking around for hidden nests too - they can be sneaky buggers....................check out my sneaky bugger who is obviously too good for a nest box.

To the OP - wish I had an answer but I'm a total newbie. Mine skipped a day right after they started and then started back up again. From what I've read it's completely normal!
