First time hatching ducks

Help please iv had 4 indian runner ducks in my incubator 2 hatched day 26 one dsy 27 the last egg dosnt seem to be much

i have candled and the air sack is in the right position tilted it loojs a bit misty in the air sac abd i cant see any movment....what shall i do? Day 28 today

Sorry it took so long to respond.

I would cheep to it. If there is no response, carefully use a needle to pick away at the air-sac (don't poke the chick, so be careful). This will give it a chance to get out if it is still alive. You can help it out if it is weak.

looks fully developed but didnt do internal pip so confused to what could of happened?

I'm sorry to hear that.

Sometimes, chicks just aren't strong enough. This is actually pretty normal. Genetics, the parents nutrition, a too hard shell, improper incubation conditions, and perhaps the wrong positioning.
