From 8 eggs daily to 1-2

Flock of Reds and Buffs. Great production. Suddenly dropped off drastically. Soon after that added 4 new hybrid Reds hens to group. None of them(the new 4) have laid a thing in a month (but were laying at origin farm). Going on for nearly 6 weeks now. Really stumped. These stay in run areas, which get rotated. (So they arent hiding the eggs anywhere ). Live in Central Florida which has been very hot/humid.

Chickens hate change.

Could any of them be molting? I have one hen who stops laying in June, does a slow molt that lasts until October.

When I added new chicks to the side of my girl’s run they stopped laying for a week. They hate change so adding new girls could be the issue.
