Good morning everyone. Laying in bed drinking my coffee with the dogs. My dogs are snugglers, Costello spoons me all night and Ky is at the feet. If not, they wait until hubby gets out of bed and immediately snuggle next to me. What hams.

No story really. My mom gave me the handle for here. She used to watch the lizard growing uo in KY. trying to get in her window. It tickled her.

Tested out Jackfruit Pozole. It not bad, but def would boil the jackfruit to try to remove the sour brine. Here lurking about, combating the heat x.x

I made six beautiful loaves of bread but they're awful. Not enough salt. I put enough salt for five loaves but it turned out to be six loaves by the time I got it all kneaded.
