This is the first time in my life doing this and I can see it completely back firing on me but I put a parent control on all the video games and devices today... Everything shuts off at 7. I'm not looking forward to the retaliation.....

I would imagine since it is a protein product that it will have to be processed in a pressure cooker so it wouldn't be any harder than canning tuna. Freezing it works fine too if you have the freezer space.
Canning stuff makes me so super nervous. I guess freezer is good. I'm about to skin all those roosters and just boil them down.

I know that feeling. I processed a huge amount of salmon a few years back and I was scared to eat it. Lol
