Parvovirus can affect any dog that doesn't have immunity to parvo. Is your dog still acting normal? One of the first signs is a depressed appetite.

She ate her food last night, plus waffles the kids didn't finish and left on the table. The other day she ate some pork chops off the counter. I NEVER EVER feed cooked bones to my dogs, so of course I'm super concerned that it's from a bone splinter lodged somewhere.

Bloody stool in dogs can also be whipworms. Around here it's usually puppies that get parvo.

Don't you just hate it when dogs steal food??? As long as she is eating, I wouldn't suspect parvo.

If she has a bone lodged somewhere, she will throw up again.....

I haven't checked her stools. She goes waaaaaaaay out for that so I rarely see her poops.

Better to have the vet check in that case and pork isn't supposed to be good for dogs. I'd ask about that too.

3 ft. ?  Thats taller then some people. are they bigger then the giants ?

They are tall but skinny. Not good for eating. They are beautiful though and their feathers have a beautiful blue sheen to them.

Camping, any chance you had some strawberries on those waffles ? I would suspect she just ate something she shouldnt of like syrup (sugar) .
Tom just watered the chickens for me.

I have been getting some funky looking eggs. Tom said they look like fishing bobbers. hahaa very long and skinny with a long tapered end. one egg looked like it was pick with orange swirls around it.
