Hatching eggs please help!!

Ya it makes sense I just don't see it in the pic
Let me show you a pic of one of mine:



I hold my hand over the flashlight atop the egg so the light is guided down the egg and doesn't give off as much glare. You can easily see the bottom of the air cell, all that's lit above it is air cell.
 
Yes I tryed that I just didn't add that pics since it didn't turn out and I had already stuck the egg back in the incubator

Hello this is my second time hatching eggs and I just stuck some eggs in the incubator 3 days ago I have every thing set right on the incubator and this is day three of incubation and I don't see anything forming yet and I was wondering is this normal not to see anything yet I just checked fertility rates this morning and the eggs were fertile so what am I doing wrong here is a pic of my incubator if this helps

This isn't what you were asking about, but I wouldn't set up a bator next to a window with snow outside. Maybe find someplace that is more constantly warm? Both temp and humidity will be easier to regulate.
