HELP!!! Is my hens foot ok?

Hi all can you please help I have noticed that one of my isa brown hens has a deformed toe just wanted to know if this was normal or not my other 3 do not appear to be the same. Hope you can see from this image

If it gets around and roosts ok I would leave it alone.
