I emailed someone I sort of know who breeds rare Orps to ask.

They do look alike. I'm thinking they aren't Swedish Flower because they look the same. Swedish Flowers are usually always different I thought. No two are ever the same. So confusing as to what they are! Lol.

My friend that breeds rare Orpingtons replied that it is most likely a Speckled Sussex with a possibility of it being a Jubilee Orpington.
