Help us keep our chickies??

Or go the way of the outlaws and bribe your neighbors with free eggs to keep quiet about your feathered friends.

It is a lot of money. ugh. I may try to get a consultation with an attorney, just so I know for sure. However, when I asked about them, I specifically asked about a few hens for our yard.

I can understand some urban areas not wanting chickens and I can understand some entities wanting to charge a permit fee to make money. Both of which I am fine with. However I think that a permit that costs over $1,000 is a grand example of a group of bureaucrats that have nothing better to do than try to figure out some way to justify their existence. Common sense is not a prerequisite for legislation.

Sorry to preach:)
