The buff bird is a pullet. The red bird is definitely a cockerel, and I'm leaning towards cockerel on the white one, too.

Newbie but have been on BYC many times! I have 2 Barred Rocks, almost 5 weeks old. Loretta on the left, Ethel on the right. Ethel is much bigger, but also has a lot of whte on her! Is she really Fred?
