hens or roosters?

New to chickens, can anyone tell yet if these 3 are chickens or roosters? Worried we have 3 roosters!

#1 (Yellow/orange)




#2 Black

No obvious cockerels yet.

How old is the white, depending on the age, if under 14ish weeks, then its a cockerel.

your right again, all of them are 10 to 12 weeks, what do you think about nugget the white and tan one..i hope its a girl, lord please let it be a girl, whenever there free ranging nugget runs up to me and gives me the groundhog stare, she doesnt run from me much when i grab her either.
