I just proved this bread recipe is Idiot Proof!!!!!! In my haste to get cinnamon rolls made before dh left for his second day @ orientation....I FORGOT TO LET THE DOUGH RISE THE FIRST TIME!! Now chalk this up to being in a rush...or (probably the real reason) a senior moment...but they came out perfectly!!! I couldn't believe it. The missing ones are on my plate in front of me right now. Dh had to leave with 9 min to go in the oven so he won't get them warm...too bad...his loss.
