You guys go check out Miss Prissy's thread on the homemade cheeses, yogurt, etc. Now don't tell the dw and surprise her. Just pick an easy one! But they are all very easy.

I never even liked yogurt all that much until I actually tried it and

It is truly amazing. If I can do it...you can do it. Take that word can't and throw it out with the garlic salt.

Almost forgot!! I quit buying mayo long ago. Now I make our own and play with the spices in it sometimes. It is oh so good!!!

Gumpsgirl, thank you so much for posting this recipe. I made it and it turned out great, and so easy....

Next time I'll leave it in for 25 minutes.. I was so excited to try it...Here's a pic, then with some homemade strawberry jam..... mmmmm....

Have you every tried making it with whole wheat flour?
