Sounds like all went well through the first part, but I hope you didn't let it over rise. That's where you will get into trouble!

I bought a sack of brown (?, I'm not sure what made them brown but they're definitely not whole wheat) dinner rolls. Why? Laziness. My husband and I both took a bite and, whew,

they don't even come close to what I've been making. Nasty things!

This bread doesn't get very brown. It just browns very lightly. If it's been in the over for 28 minutes, I'd say it's done. Thump the top and if it sounds hollow, it's done!
