Anyone try to freeze Gump Bread...Everybody is like make it up and freeze it..But don't know what will happen..

Here is the 10th time I've made GumpGirl's bread.

I used 4 cups stone ground whole wheat flour and 1 cup bread flour.
Both loaves were brushed with melted butter prior to baking and
the fron loaf has parmisan on the top crust.

IT'S STILL TOO HOT TO CUT!!!!!!

I have got to do that the only bread I make is an armenian coffee bread that is an all day project!

edited to say is was a no cook night this evening I had a nice one planned but ordered take-out instead.

I wish my DH would just entertain the idea of baking bread. He just told someone tonight that he can make breakfast, fry fish and wild game. That is it. He is a mess in the kitchen. lol But still a good cook!
