House Hunting - Worried about ordinances

Quick question for you all. We are planning to move from our property way out in the country to be closer to the city. We found a property that has some land and the neighbors have horses (hopefully they are farm-friendly).
We haven’t had to worry about ordinances where we live now. However, in the county we’re looking to move to, the ordinance allows 10 hens, but doesn’t mention roosters. I have 13 hens and 2 roosters. My chickens will be safely contained in their run and coop, so they won’t bother anyone (other than the roosters crowing)… If the neighbors don’t complain, how likely is animal control to knock on my door and count my chickens and ban my roosters? What’s the worst that can happen?

It will depend upon the neighbors who are not farm friendly. I would get concrete direction on the rooster part before you get too far.
The worst part would not be having to get rid of the boys but living next to the people who made you get rid of them.
