How big is chicken poop?

Okay, silly question... but I was wondering how big it was and how often full grown hens 'go'.

It just keeps growing as my chicks do!

My free range hens leave golf ball sized poop. The color depends on wht they eat. I have a broody bantam that goes occasionally so hers are baseball sized and really stinky.

i dont know how big chicken poop is supposed to be but i se my red pullets pooping baseball size poop im like dang that must hurt

The bigger poops are easier to pick up with a scoop. I'd much rather clean up after our bantams or our doves than our budgies. Budgie poop is tiny and sticks everywhere like cement.

I'm just wondering whether I will have to patrol the chickens with plastic grocery bags around my yard, picking it up as they go... I do that enough with my german shepherd... I thought I was escaping that mess with chickens!
