How does everyone sanitize their eatin' eggs?

I never have any dirty eggs, unless it has rained alot. WOW. I am still shocked over this news!! I can't wait to tell my MIL. She won't even eat my eggs when they've been scrubbed. She says she doesn't eat eggs from a chicken.............WHAAAA?
She says she gets them at Wal-mart.

(crickets.)


I hope that gene skipped my kids.......

BTW, Cynthia.......I can't believe you have the nerve to eat your eggs!!! Your chickens have the most beautiful offspring.

Kinda off topic but kinda not....I am a Alton Brown/Good Eats/ Food Network fan and he said that one mistake that most people are prone to is do break an egg on the side of the pan/bowl and the force of the "V" type hit can send pieces of shell into the egg. He says that chefs tend to hit eggs agains a flat survace to avoid this....I think the same show was when he also said that chefs only "deal" with egg @ room temp - never straight out of fridge...
