Supposedly, the pullets will relax and pull their feet up and the roos will flip over quickly, fight it, and/or keep their feet out.

There are a variety of chicken sexing methods and devices on the market and I can tell you that they do work.............................in making money for the seller. Try eny meen miny mo, it works just as well.
