I think my son ingested poopy water!

Good Morning! Please help. I was hosing the coop out this morning and I had just chased my 2 year old son away from the spray and I went to the other side of the coop to get a better angle with the hose and I saw him with a little shovel catching the water. I ran over to him just as he was attempting to drink it. Now I am afraid he might have gotten some in his mouth when I wasn't looking. Does anyone know what I should do......besides wait? Thanks. (freaking out)
