Welcome!!!  you may find some answers here......  it will internal pip rest and then external rest while its absorbing....... please read the red link on time frames, if your running late perhaps you had a bit too low temps or high humidity?  had you calibrated thermo and hygros? 

This will be the last time I use this incubator. Humidity was between 32-40% for the first 18 days and right now at lock down it's between 69-72% (is that too much?). Temperature was terrible, fluctuating from 95.5-106.0 degrees F. I had 5 eggs. Only one made it to lockdown.
