Today was a great day! A bunch of chicks hatched. 3 to be exact with 2 more pippers.
And I ordered my broilers today and added a bantam Cochin for good measure. Not to mention it was my birthday!

Well, I'm quite disappointed with the hatch only getting me 3/6 healthy chicks. But at least some good news! The Mille Fleur D'Uccle eggs are set to hatch tomorrow, but 3 already have pips!

I had some chicks get stuck to themselves do to humidity that was slightly too high during days 1-18 and then a bit to low at lockdown so the excess moisture turned to hard glue.

Someone local is getting rid of these guys...the two little ones look like silkies (Roos) but what type of roo is the other one - red/green/white...??
