Dear all.

I am Dumisani business partner with Siyambonga. Together we have established Siyaduma (we're in South Africa, Cape Town) Holdings where we are highly willing to do egg production, chicken production and to veg farming production. At the moment we have purchased an incubator but still waiting on it.

Our question:
How often to we have to change luke warm water and how do we know that it is in good humidity percentage?

We have build our own incubator but have not started using it...Our challenge was a heat source, we ended up installing 4 of 100w light bulbs in our incubator as it was not heating the way we want, it is made of wood.

Our question:
Where can we get plastic egg trays in Cape Town?

Hello and welcome to BYC!

You can contact other members in SA through this link, they may be able to tell you where to find the egg trays you're looking for:

The Learning Center has articles about incubating that might be helpful. There's also a forum where you can ask questions:

I wish you well with your project!
