Is feeding pop rocks to chickens ok?

Lotsa calories in pop rocks, might be best to wait until it's time to fatten them up. Owls like tootsie pops, chickens might like pop rocks??

Word of warning - do not over feed your chickens pop rocks. Remember what I said about denture wearing chickens? Well, the same thing is true in other respects.....too many pop rocks and you'll either be cleaning scrambled eggs off your coop walls or have the first chickens killed by being hit with high velocity eggs!

years ago put golden malrin out for the flies. It wasn't near the chickens but had several toad frogs eat the flies with the same results...

Had a brood of chicks get into a mess of 'Malrin killed' flies. Not a good thing.
