Is these barred rocks or cucko marans? Also are they roos or pullets?

Hello EVeryone! I know of no better place to ask than the great folk on Backyard Chickens. I recently bought 2 I hope pullets. I have never had this kind before. I bought them as barred rocks, but in researching them Im wondering if they may be cuckoo marans because the barring isnt very distinct like the barred rock is supposed to be. Also, the beaks and legs are white or pale whereas rocks are supposed to be yellow. Im going to try to attach some photos, they were both really wiggly today so I apologize this isnt my best photography. Can you please all help me identify breed and sex? They are almost 6 months old. Thank you sincerely in advance. Sorry, going to have to try later for the photos, seems that the puter didnt save them.

If they are Marans then you will love their LARGE chocolate brown eggs. Sweet temperament and faithful layers.

That does sound like Cuckoo Marans. Are they laying?

I had to delete my post because for some reason I could not get any photos to upload. So I am ready to try again. Anyway, I acquired 2 what are suposed to be barred rock pullets about 5 almost 6 months old now. But in researching Im wondering if they may be cuckoo marans instead. Why? they have white beaks and legs instead of yellow and the barrs on the feathers are not as distinct as Ive read they should be. Then again I dont think the hatchery they came from is known for breeding high quality birds, so that could be the reason there. Also, they seem to have large wattles for their age, but maybe these breeds do? So Ill try to attach the first group of photos here. Also no signs of any spurs or spur buds yet. But the size of those wattles!

not yet they are only 5 and a half months old. neither have tried to crow either.

Yours have more defined barring than my cuckoo Marans, but I am hoping someone more knowledgeable on barred rocks will chime in soon.

Mine is 6 mo and from cackle hatchery and not the French variety.

They look like cuckoo Marans cockerels to me, but something is off with them. They should be much larger at that age. Not sure what is going on but the coloring says male.
