Can we see them in az?

So last April we had a G4 geomagnetic storm. You could barely make them out in Eagar, but here in the valley they were not naked-eye visible. I had to get them using a long exposure on my camera. This is a stronger storm, and I am not sure how it will play out.

A cell phone or camera on a tripod for 20-30 sec SHOULD get you images. This is one I have barely any practical experience with, so I'm going to be shooting as much as I can and dialing settings in as I go.

Look for pinks and reds. Like this

If you're in the Northern Hemisphere and not under cloud cover tonight (and aren't @Brooks_ ), The odds of Northern lights are insanely high. Further North you are, the higher your chances.

My weather app said that it was clear out, so I ran outside, and there are clouds everywhere!
