I could see a slight purpleish tint to the sky. Nothing spectacular. Saw some great pics from people around the Jackson area. We’re about the same parallel as them. Where’s my alien invasion?

I feel the same way. I couldn’t see squat but people from surrounding towns apparently could!? Not sure what gives!

I was on the south shore of Lake Ponchartrain (New Orleans).
Just North of 30.1 Latitude. Too cloudy.

My sister however just posted a distinct purple glow in Amite LA, 50 mi. North at @ 30.72 latitude.
