I had a black roo that grew out some light lacing on his hackles but I gave him before his molt, he also had a wrinkled comb.

I believer she just came out of her Molt because they just all started lying again. But I'm thinking of putting 2 gray hens and a Black tail buff roo in a pen and see if I get more. But even as a baby just getting her feathers in she has this color it never gone away.

I have a BT Buff hen, not a great pic but it shows her

she mated with our Sultan roo

and here is a pic of their chicks so far, and they all have feathered legs

there is 1 Black Silkie in with them
Here is a pic of 2 of them they have different color spots on their head

Can anyone tell me which might be the roo, I'm thinking the 1 with the darker spot?
