I candled today and have 21 viable eggs in "lockdown"! I put in a cardboard divider to keep Maria Hall and Wynettes chicks apart and will put ankle bracelents on half of them. Sure hope all 21 hatch...they looked good so they should. Wynette I've been meaning to email you but we are outside all day and come in too tired to do much on the computer. Your eggs look great and I may just name one of my girls after you since you have been such a good "mentor"!

Hi Diane,

Yes. The breeder has used both Maria Hall and Cinda Brent birds to create his own flock of B/B/S Jersey Giants. So it wouldn't be 100% Cinda Brent lines, but all of his birds are from quality stock, and I was extremely excited at the opportunity to introduce her genetics, as they kind of fell off the map, as Wynette said. The breeder would definitely have more information if you want it. PM me and I'll send you his contact info.
