Juvenile pheasants from McMurray?

Has any one ordered Juvenile pheasants such as red golden, yellow golden and lady amherst??? how was the condition they were in when they arrived picute of them would be good to.......

Why would you want to purchase birds through a hatchery when there are many reputable breeders around?Hatcheries very rarely raise pheasants,they have breeders lined up,send them the order,they collect a big check for someone elses birds.
What stat are you in?I can get you a few names of breeders near you.

Is there a central list of ornamental pheasant breeders or is there a club? I am in PA. Thanks

The American Pheasant and waterfowl(APWS) puts out a directory with all memebers are listed by state and what birds they raise.Pa has a lot of good breeders.

Try buying some eggs of the variety you want and hatching them.There are quite a few people on here that raise pheasants and would sell you some once they get laying when it gets warmer.[if it ever does]The fun is in the hatching anyways.Just post what your looking for and someone should be able to help you out.
