Wanted to share some pictures of my lavender Orpingtons and then have a young coceral whose coloring I am wondering about htat i will post pictures of in another post. My Rooster is not any where near up tp the quality of my pullets I will replace him with something better as soon as I can in the mean time I might cross the pullets to a black Orpington.

Ok and here is a young cockeral about12 weeks who I have questions on coloring. He hatched from LO eggs I hatched. but seems to have barring and gold or a pink coloring

One of my 12 week old cockerels. I have 3 cockerels and 2 pullets in this batch. They are sooo friendly too.

Very pretty Orpingtons! I love how they are different shades. Are they both Lavenders, or is the female a blue?

Both parents are lavenders. My two
Pullets seem to be on the darker side and the cockerels seem to all be on the lighter side
