Lonely quail

I've only got one surviving quail and she looks very lonely. I don't want to get anymore as it would just be a continuous cycle of having one left and we dont know anyone near us with a preexisting stock. I dont think anyone would want to buy her as she is fairly old and lays quite randomly. I would appreciate any suggestions on what I should do

Idk, I'd probably buy a quail like that. I have an old hen that doesn't lay, but the chicks learn stuff from her. You could at least give it a shot and see what happens. If you're near Tucumcari, NM I'd help, lol, but it's really unlikely you are!

You could try a mirror and a small stuffed toy. Maybe play some quail sounds for her?
