Lump on black copper Maran

Our sweet girl is about three months old and we noticed some feathers missing on her chest and a large lump on her right (in the picture it’s a visually on the left next to the bald spot). I’d say it’s about Ping pong ball size.Any ideas on what this is or what we can do to help her? She seems to be acting normal.

To the right of her neck or maybe lower than her actual neck. Is the crop off to the side?
