Yeah it does, my mom would flip her lid if I tried that I can't do any "cool" tricks but I can turn around in the saddle so I'm backwards and then again so I'm forward. It's an exercise I have to do but I can only do it at a walk. And I can stand in the stirrups for a long time pretty well which is good when you want to ride fast
