@Kiki I considered MS. Since MS is highly contagious, OP didnt mention similar symptoms in any other birds. It's gout unfortunately.

Great advice given with cherry i would absolutely soak feet 2 x day in warm epsom salt baths as well. Good luck.

My rooster loved long warm water soaks, he even fell asleep. It eases the pain in the feet and legs.

Mycoplasma synovitis tends to cause swollen ankles and hock joints, but normal feet and toes. When you see the lumpy toes and feet, it usually is articular gout.
