Update, the APA is paying attention to reported numbers at shows and put them in their yearbook, at least from the shows that actually took this data.

This is pretty much what I expected. I don't think it's a stretch to say virtually all standardbred large fowl are endangered. Many breeds and varieties are being carried by just one dedicated breeder, and often an aging one, at that. Some varieties haven't been shown in years.

It's weird how I can simultaneously feel the urgency to preserve these breeds but also still get super excited about "New" breeds like Legbars.
